Caring for Our Community

At Axis, the work you do has a profound, positive impact on the health of thousands of low-income and uninsured Tri-Valley residents. We are here to help everyone in need - moms-to-be needing prenatal care, people who are homeless, people with disabilities, teenagers needing counseling, and kids needing immunizations. Our employees are committed to helping people live a healthier life.

Who We Are

Axis Community Health is a nonprofit community health center that provides affordable, accessible, and compassionate health care services that promote the well-being of all members of our community. We have served eastern Alameda County, known as the Tri-Valley, since 1972. Today we are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and a nationally-recognized leader in clinical excellence.

A Vibrant Community

The Tri-Valley region is a beautiful place to call home. The cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, and Dublin are known for their charming neighborhoods, inviting downtowns, lively cultural events, and award-winning schools.
