Our counselors are experienced, understanding, and will support you through the entire process.
About the Program
The Axis DUI Program is for first offenders who are age 18 or older and have been cited or convicted of driving or intent to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs in California. Our program can be adapted to meet the needs of other states where out-of-state programs are accepted.
Enrolled participants will take part in education classes, as well as individual and group counseling sessions that address the following:
- The nature of addiction
- The medical and psychological aspects of substance use
- Legal and social consequences
- Substance use and family dynamics
- Other issues related to driving under the influence
Enrollment is easy. In order to participate in the program, you must first enroll. Call (925) 462-1755 to make an appointment and for information about required documentation and program fees. To ensure enrollment in the program within court-ordered periods, please contact us immediately upon receipt of court-order as spots are limited and fill quickly.
Enrollment appointments are approximately one hour long and are typically scheduled during daytime business hours Wednesday through Friday. During the appointment, you will be provided with proof of enrollment (DL 101), a complete program schedule as well as any state-mandated paperwork and assessments.
Our First Offender Programs are competitively priced and payment plans are available upon request. Please note that insurance will not cover DUI program fees.
