MENTAL HEALTH

School-Based Counseling Services

Axis Community Health provides on-site counseling services in many schools in the Tri-Valley community. Our counselors provide support for students and families who are struggling with a variety of issues. These services are offered in collaboration with school districts, individual schools and the Alameda County Probation Department.

Parent Project

The Parent Project is a 12 week program for parents with difficult or out-of-control teens. Parents learn specific prevention and intervention strategies for dealing with destructive behaviors such as truancy, alcohol and drug use, gang activity, running away, violence and suicide. The program is held on Wednesdays from 6:00pm-9:00pm at Valley High School, 6901 York Dr. Dublin, CA.
