Acupuncture is a medication-free alternative for patients that complement our medical and behavioral health services.

Our acupuncture services are available for teens and adults and can help with:

      • Anxiety & Depression
      • Nausea
      • Headaches & Migraines
      • Arthritic Pain

Growing up, Amos experienced firsthand the benefits of acupuncture and a more holistic approach to healthcare, which ignited his passion for pursuing a career in this field. Working in community health allows him to provide patients with the same positive experiences he had with acupuncture. His primary goal is to offer the best care possible, ensuring that his patients leave with a better understanding of their health and a greater sense of agency over their well-being.

HOURS

8:30AM – 7PM
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays

Hydrate: Drink water

Eat: Have a light snack, like a banana, before your appointment

Wear comfortable clothing: Loose-fitting clothes are best, but your doctor may suggest a hospital gown depending on where the needles are placed

Avoid stimulants: Don’t drink coffee or tea, or consume alcohol or other stimulants or depressants

Relax: Arrive a few minutes early to relax. If you have an elevated blood pressure you may need to reschedule your appointment.

Turn off your phone: Put it on silent so you don’t get distracted

Avoid strenuous activity: Try a lighter workout routine, like walking or swimming

Prepare questions: Write down any questions you have for your doctor

If you are not an Axis patient, please come prepared with your most recent x-rays.
