Axis offers Moderna, Pfizer, and J&J’s COVID-19 vaccinations according to the CDC’s guidelines. Please call Axis at 925-462-1755 to schedule your appointment.
Axis is now offering COVID-19 testing for Axis patients and non-patients. Testing is available to you even if you do not have symptoms, and is available for all ages. We encourage you to get testing if you work outside your home, which will help you stay healthy and safe. Please see our testing schedule below:

MENTAL HEALTH URGENT CARE
If you are in need of mental health urgent care, please call Axis Bridge at 925-568-2080. The team is available Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 7 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Our services are available for residents of Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton, regardless of insurance type or lack of insurance. The program offers services for individuals, families and anyone who is impacted by mental health concerns. At this time, this program is only offering English speaking services.

NO SURPRISES ACT (EFFECTIVE 1/1/22)
Under this new law, all health care providers are required to give a Good Faith Estimate of any medical bills to self-paying patients (uninsured patients).
Axis will send you an estimate in writing or via MyChart at least 1 business day before your appointment. You can also ask Axis for an estimate ahead of time or prior to any appointments you make.
