Even as a young child, Dr. Lane always enjoyed going to the dentist and knew she wanted to work in healthcare to improve the lives around her. As the Chief Dental Officer at Axis she interacts with patients daily and delivers successful dental treatments and helps patients connect to other services to achieve whole person care. She is proud to work at Axis because she works alongside forward-thinking colleagues that share her commitment to improving their community’s health. Her goal for her patients is to provide education and oral healthcare so they can live their healthiest lives.
Dr. Pabla’s decision to change her career and become a dentist was driven by the desire to pursue a profession that aligned with a passion to help others, foster meaningful connections, and make a tangible difference in people’s lives. She enjoys the art and science of dentistry, creating a warm and comforting environment for her patients, and being able to engage in lifelong learning. Dr. Pabla says, “It is a privilege and an honor to serve as a dentist at Axis Community health, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients and my community.”
