Dr. Pabla’s decision to change her career and become a dentist was driven by the desire to pursue a profession that aligned with a passion to help others, foster meaningful connections, and make a tangible difference in people’s lives. She enjoys the art and science of dentistry, creating a warm and comforting environment for her patients, and being able to engage in lifelong learning. Dr. Pabla says, “It is a privilege and an honor to serve as a dentist at Axis Community health, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients and my community.”

Dr. Walker comes from a long lineage of healers and decided to become a dentist to continue in these footsteps. At the heart of Dr. Walker’s work is relationship building. They cherish meeting people and forming deep, meaningful connections, which they feel is an essential and sacred part of building community and caring for others. They are constantly seeking ways to make dentistry more inclusive of and accessible to all people and feels that Axis allows them to pursue and further this work. They hope to continue laboring for the sake of safety, dignity, and belonging for all those they may come into contact with.

From patient to now a healthcare provider, my heart has always been in the community healthcare realm. I am always humbled by patients’ grateful attitude for our service. Creating a widespread awareness of oral hygiene care, and the prevention or care of gum disease is one of my top priorities.
