Donating Face Masks to Axis
Axis is in need of face masks for our staff and patients. If you are someone who sews and can make and donate masks for Axis staff and patients, we would be very grateful! You can use the instructions above. Variations are okay too, such as elastic instead of ties, or other patterns.
What Size Masks are Needed?
All sizes are needed–small, large, and everything in between.
How Many Masks Does Axis Need?
Our need for masks is ongoing. We are glad to receive as many as you can easily supply.
How Can I Get Them to You?
You can drop the masks off in a bag at one of our clinics. We have boxes out front each weekday (Monday – Friday) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Staff will be laundering all donated masks. Please email Valerie Jonas at vjonas@axishealth.org with the number of masks you are dropping off.
Here are the addresses for dropping off masks-either location is fine:
HACIENDA: 5925 W. Las Positas Blvd., Suite 100, Pleasanton 94588
LIVERMORE: 3311 Pacific Avenue, Livermore 94550
If you have any questions, please email Valerie Jonas at vjonas@axishealth.org
