MEDICAL CLINIC: IMMUNIZATION & FLU SHOTS

Our doctors and nurses can help you determine what immunizations you need.  We provide immunization services for all ages, including:

• • • Childhood immunizations
    • Pneumonia vaccine (recommended for adults over 65)
    • Tetanus shots (recommended for everyone every 10 years)

Immunizations are available by appointment at our clinics in Pleasanton and Livermore. The immunization clinics are open to all Tri-Valley families, including those who are low-income or uninsured, as well as people enrolled in Medi-Cal or Medi-Cal managed care plans.

Patients are seen by appointment only.

• • • There may be a charge for some immunizations.
    • Parents must bring their child’s immunization record and information about family income and medical insurance coverage, including Medi-Cal.
    • We offer translation services upon your request.

FEES

Some childhood vaccinations are free. Adult immunization services are fee-based. Fees vary depending on the immunization received and must be paid for at the time of services.

If you do not have insurance or the resources to pay for your services, we will work with you to make sure you get the care you need. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Call 925-462-1755 to schedule an enrollment appointment.
