Colon cancer affects all races, genders, and ethnicities. When caught in the early ages, it is more treatable in about 90% of people. If you’re 45 or older, it’s time to screen for colon cancer. Axis has testing options for our patients:
COLOGUARD
Cologuard is a non-invasive way that you can screen for colon cancer at home. Ask your provider if you are eligible for this test.

FIT TESTS
The colorectal cancer screening that is done in partnership with Quest Diagnostics is called a Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT).
Axis patients can pick up a FIT test kit at their closest Quest Diagnostic Lab, conduct fecal swabs at home, then drop off or mail back the test kit to Quest.

Cologuard can be mailed directly to your home and FIT test kits are available to pick up at your closest Quest Diagnostic Lab.
